Communists, the Media, and the Democratic Party
Demercrats Cliff Kincaid

Tom Hayden, who cheered for a communist military victory in Vietnam, is calling attention to Senator Hillary Clinton’s old ties to communists. But Watergate reporter Carl Bernstein, formerly of the Washington Post, wonders if Hillary’s comments on Senator Barack Obama’s ties to communist terrorist Bill Ayers constitute McCarthyism.   More...

Liberal Hate Speech May Doom Dems’ Election Hopes
Demercrats Carey Roberts

First it was Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s expletive-laced sermons and anti-Semitic rants that plunged the Obama campaign into full damage-repair mode. Then Barack triggered an uproar when he remarked about down-on-their-luck voters, “And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them.”   More...

Stars, Stripes and Scoundrels: Dems use flag as fig leaf
Demercrats Daniel Clark

If it’s true that patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel, then that explains the tendency of liberal Democrats to seek shelter behind the Stars and Stripes.   More...

Mich. Speaker of House Employs State Paid Thugs to Stop Recall Effort
Demercrats Warner Todd Huston

Here is a story that details how far Democrats will go to destroy the people’s ability to be heard in government. It also shows Democrat’s penchant to abuse their power, their blatant waste of government funds, and the incestuous relationship that the anti-democratic process unions have with Democrats.   More...

Democrats on Prozac
Demercrats The New Media Alliance(NMA):

Growing up in America in the seventies and eighties, I really had no concept of geography or international relations. My public and private school educations managed to avoid the whole concept of the world outside of the United States, with the exception of England and the Soviet Union. I was aware that France and Canada existed, to be fair, and I had heard of Mexico. However, I was taught about other things, like the coming Ice Age, recycling, and how overpopulation would have so outstripped the food supply by the year 2000 that most people would be retarded due to malnutrition. Somehow, the teachers managed to sneak basic arithmetic and a reading list into the curriculum mandated by the government and assisted by the teacher’s union, so I grew up a functional citizen. My extracurricular interests included reading, girls and cars. I continued through college, marriage, running a business, fatherhood, divorce and remarriage, blissfully ignorant of the larger context of things.   More...

Blood, Guts and Al Gore
Demercrats Doug Patton

As Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama continue to strut their stuff on the campaign trail, memories of 1968 Chicago are creeping into the nightmares of Democrats everywhere.   More...

The American Pursuit of Democratic Socialism
Demercrats JB Williams

No Longer Suited for Self-Governance? - “Liberty must at all hazards be supported. We have a right to it, derived from our Maker. But if we had not, our fathers have earned and bought it for us, at the expense of their ease, their estates, their pleasure, and their blood.” - John Adams, in a Dissertation on the Canon and Feudal Law, circa 1765   More...

Obama’s Communist Mentor
Demercrats Cliff Kincaid

In his biography of Barack Obama, David Mendell writes about Obama’s life as a “secret smoker” and how he “went to great lengths to conceal the habit.” But what about Obama’s secret political life? It turns out that Obama’s childhood mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, was a communist.   More...

Clintons Destroyed The Democratic Party
Demercrats Gordon Bishop

I remember the glory days of the Democratic Party when Harry Truman and John F. Kennedy brought happiness and stability to the Great American Dream!   More...

Slap of Daily Kos From the Left: ‘Hope Trumped Kos for Democrats’
Demercrats Warner Todd Huston

Well, this will send the Daily Kossacks into a tizzy! The Wall Street Journal has an op ed by Dan Gerstein titled, Decline of the Angry Left(1). Gerstein, a senior adviser for Joe Lieberman’s various national campaigns, claims that the Daily Kos is finished as a mover and shaker in Democratic politics. After reading it over I think he is dead on with much of his analysis. The anger of the extremist, left as seen on a daily basis on the Daily Kos site has lost the contest for the hearts and minds of the Democrat Party. As Gerstein notes, he has been the target of the left before and this op ed certainly won’t make him their newest American idol!    More...

Blacks Should Stop Hanging Around Democrats
Demercrats Kevin Roeten

It seems obvious that many Blacks who belong to the Democrat party have forgotten recent history. Unfortunately, Black History Month seems to leave the wrong impression that Democrats have provided Blacks with the most benefits. It’s likely 90% of Blacks will not vote Republican.   More...

Post-Clinton Politics
Demercrats Nathan Tabor

A friend of mine once speculated that if Hillary Clinton is defeated in the primaries, she would then divorce Bill and take him to court for his multiple infidelities. While the scenario itself may be unlikely, it raises a prospect which is looking more plausible by the minute: Hillary Clinton, defeated by her own party.   More...

Senate Committee Has Launched War on Talk Radio
Demercrats Accuracy In Media:

WASHINGTON, November 8, 2007 - Accuracy in Media today criticized the Senate Commerce Committee for holding a Thursday hearing on “media diversity” that featured a prominent advocate of the federal Fairness Doctrine, a measure liberals hope to use to silence conservative talk radio. The witness, Alex Nogales of the liberal National Hispanic Media Coalition, used his testimony to attack “hate speech on talk radio programs” and claimed that “more diversity of ownership” in the media would somehow help solve the perceived problem.  “The war on conservative talk radio has begun,” stated AIM editor Cliff Kincaid.    More...

Democrat Leaders Become More Radicalized
Demercrats Sher Zieve

Once long...long ago there existed a Democrat Party in the United States of America that truly believed that country should and must survive.  It believed that the reasons for the country’s existence were worth protecting.  The members of this political party also believed that it should assist in defending that country and its citizens against all those who would attack and attempt to destroy it.  They supported the men and women who enlisted in the US’ citizen-military and some of them had even served in one of its branches.  But, that was another time - in another reality.  That political party and its members no longer exist.   More...

Democrats Overtly Support Terrorists against US Citizens
Demercrats Sher Zieve

Just when we thought Congress could not become more demented - it has.  As the Democrat-run Senate and House of Representatives are experiencing their lowest approval rating in recent recorded history (Zogby polling ranks said approval at only 14%), with the stroke of 2 pens Democrat leaders have removed provisions from legislation that would have protected US citizens from being sued for reporting potential terrorist activities.  This is the latest addition to the ever growing Democrat Death Wish List that its leaders have been preparing since taking Congressional leadership in 2006.  In this latest fiasco, leader of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senate Majority leader Harry Reid (D-NV) stripped out the provision that would have allowed limited immunity for reports of witnessed suspicious behavior.  Reps. Peter King’s (R-NY) and Steve Pearce (R-NM) had drafted the ‘John Doe Protection Amendment’ after the infamous Flying Imams simulated airline hijacking behaviors.   More...
