Most of the power is setting with the slugs in Congress. They are dedicated to procedures that were slow as snot in the 1800’s!

Congress is a giant mess run and populated by people that have adopted and encouraged a bureaucratic set of rules and schemes that essentially make it totally non-functional.

Party status and political a**-kissing is more important than the Republic.

Mind you IslamoFascists and various other anti-american groups are smart enough to reject such BS!  When they decide to do something, it happens.  Meanwhile Congress will be considering to think about maybe perhaps doing something.

However, the President is a committee of one.  That is the place that real-time decisions can be made, therefore the person who holds the office of President in this time is much more important than the slugs in the House and Senate.

Congress needs to be fixed and everyone needs to be real careful about who is our President.

The Supreme Court moves the chess pieces around, but they seldom act in real-time.

The Presidential powers need to be restricted, but NOT by Congress or the Supreme Court!

Congress needs to be severely beaten up, but NOT by the Executive or the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court needs to be reminded they are in America, but NOT by the Congress or the Executive branch.

All of them need serious disdain from the remaining (alive and legal) American voters.
