Don’t Send Your Kids to Publik Skule (If You Love Them)
GreeenIsm item by
Doug Giles
Did you catch the video this week of a student kicking the stuffing out of an art teacher in Baltimore, Maryland while the rest of the class cheered the pounding on? Y’know, if that teacher was moi, and some F-bomb dropping Darwinian throwback came over my desk to accost me, I’d grab my handy dandy scissors and plant ‘em in the feral teen’s skullcap, Jason Voorhees style.

To save mankind requires the wholesale rejection of environmentalism as hatred of science, technology, progress, and human life.

The Phony Free-Trade Agreement
NewWorldOrder item by
Accuracy In Media:
Cliff Kincaid
The White House wants a quick vote in favor of a “U.S.-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement,” saying it will help U.S. business, bolster the anti-communist government of Colombia, and deal a setback to the anti-American ruler of Venezuela. The name has been changed from the “U.S. Colombia Free-Trade Agreement.” Whatever they call it, however, a trade agreement isn’t necessary to accomplish any of these worthwhile objectives. In fact, it is a major distraction. We shouldn’t be pretending that we can fight Colombia’s communist drug-dealing terrorists, or Hugo Chavez, with trade agreements.

‘Will Leftist Evangelicals Demand Believers Get On Obama Bandwagon?’
Elections item by
Guest:
Frederick Meekins
Just because some white liberals are going out of their way to vote for Barack Obama for no other reason than that he happens to be half-black, some within the Evangelical leadership are once again beating on their drums about congregations being too split along racial and ethnic lines.
Two Kinds of Blacks Force Two Americas
Elections item by
Kevin Roeten
Moral divisions divide America much more so than race or economics. The White race exhibits this phenomenon, but Blacks are not equally divided. Instead of a close 50/50 split in most white communities, there seems to be a 90/10 split with Blacks. Especially on abortion.
I Dream of Obama
Progressivism item by
Lee Culpepper
Remember Barbara Eden’s hit character “Jeannie” materializing from a cloud of pink smoke? Well, I wonder if Obama’s stupefied supporters envision the same vaporous entrance each time their candidate with the magic wallet pops up on stage. Seriously, how else can they explain their belief that Obama could actually grant and fulfill all their government-sponsored wishes? Only silly television shows, children’s fairytales, and socialist fantasies have the sort of hope where magic - or less believable, the government - can fix people’s problems.

The Gas Price Blame Game - Revisited
GreeenIsm item by
Doug Edelman
I first published an article on this subject in April 2006 - two years ago… but with some minor updates it is still as true today as it was then - and to my mind, it bears repeating! So here goes:

"But workers have a right to share in the profits of a company.” Well, did they share in the risks? If they share in the profits in a good year, will they accept a smaller wage in a bad year?

Stars, Stripes and Scoundrels: Dems use flag as fig leaf
Demercrats item by
The New Media Alliance(NMA):

If it’s true that patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel, then that explains the tendency of liberal Democrats to seek shelter behind the Stars and Stripes.

Rocked by a nationwide storm of criticism, the Los Angeles County court that declared homeschooling illegal in California has agreed to rehear the case in June. At issue is Justice H. Walter Croskey’s Feb. 28 decree, which ordered the parents of “Rachel L.” to send her away to a public or private school, where she can get a “legal education.”

Hillary’s “Sniper Fire” + Obama’s Pastor Disaster = McCain Looking McFine
Elections item by
Doug Giles
Hillary tried to garner some Fifty Cent-like street credit last week by lying to us all that a sniper tried to bust a cap in her while she was chillin’ in Bosnia back in the day. Fo’ shizzle, Hillarizzle.

Demercrats item by

Here is a story that details how far Democrats will go to destroy the people’s ability to be heard in government. It also shows Democrat’s penchant to abuse their power, their blatant waste of government funds, and the incestuous relationship that the anti-democratic process unions have with Democrats.

More Leftist Indoctrination of Our School Children
EdukShun item by
Warner Todd Huston
I have been saying for quite some time that we conservatives have failed in one major area: education. We have ceded the grounds of the education of our youth to those who despise everything that makes America great. Yet, here we all are blindly sending our children to people who will instill in them a hatred of everything that is American. And then, we get upset when the voters don’t go our way.
